One township, many communities

Union Township was established in 1811 and grew from farm crossroads like Withamsville, Mount Carmel, Tobasco and Summerside. Today it's the busy Eastgate area: Eastgate Mall has been here since 1980, and the I-275 / SR 32 interchange makes it one of the easiest places in Clermont County to get around. We serve:

Eastgate and the neighborhoods around Eastgate Mall and the Union Township Civic Center on Aicholtz Road
Mount Carmel, on the township's west side
Withamsville, the township's oldest community
Summerside, Tobasco and Glen Este
Homes along Clough Pike, Ohio Pike (SR 125) and Old SR 74

What we do for Union Township homes

Tub-to-shower conversions: same footprint, no major plumbing moves in most cases
New and replacement walk-in showers
Safety features: seats, grab bars, slip-resistant bases, handheld showers, niches at a comfortable height
Bathroom remodels and renovations

For active adults and the families who care about them

Union Township has a lot of active adults. The township's Civic Center even hosts one of Clermont Senior Services' Lifelong Learning Centers. Staying active is the goal, and a safer bathroom helps make it possible.

Our aging-in-place bathrooms are designed to look like a stylish update, not a medical makeover. And if you're an adult child setting this up for a parent in Union Township, we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Convenient for busy schedules

With Eastgate so central (just off I-275 and SR 32), Union Township is one of the easiest areas for us to reach. That helps with:

Easy estimate appointments
Shorter drive time on install days, so more of the day goes into your bathroom
Quick follow-ups if you have a question after the job is done

If you're coordinating around work, caregiving or a parent's appointments, tell us and we'll do our best to fit your schedule.
